  • Tourist Visa Details:-

    • Passport valid at least six months and photocopy also
    • 1 visa form
    • 2 photographs with white background 35x45mm
    • Covering letter for stating purpose of visit on business letter head (if self employed)
    • Hotel confirmation
    • Medical Insurance
    • In case of spouse/relative visit, formal letter of invitation from the host in Malta.
    • Bank statments last six months personal and company
    • Tax returns last three years personal and company
    If Employed Letter from employer stating No Objection , salary slips last three months 

    A letter of authorization must be attached on behalf of the applicant, if the submission is being made by travel agent.

    • 1 visa form

    • Business Invitation Letter from Malta 
    • Hotel confirmation
    • Medical Insurance 
    •  Bank statments last six months personal and company
    • Tax returns last three years personal and company
    If Employed Letter from employer stating No Objection , salary slips last three months
