Switzerland Schengen

  • Tourist Visa Details:-

    • Passport valid at least six months
    • 1 visa Form
    • 2 photographs with white background 35x45mm
    • Covering letter for stating purpose of visit
    • Return confirm Ticket
    • Medical Insurance
    • Hotel confirmation
    • Personal bank statements last six months
    • Personal Income Tax returns last three years
    • Spouse name must endorsed on the passport  or marriage certificate in Original issued by the Registrar of Marriages of the concerned State, duly legalized by the competent State Home Ministry and Ministry of External Affairs
    • If Self Employed  Company bank statements last three months, Company Tax returns last three years, partnership deed in partnership farm, Company memorandum with registration certificate if Limited or Private Limited Farm


    If Employed

    Letter from employer stating No Objection , salary slips last three months     
    If Visit Relatives

    An invitation by the host in Switzerland mentioning name, duration, guarantee of expenses along with copy of Swiss passport or residence permit, also directly sent to the Embassy by fax.
    For honeymoon couples

    Wedding card from both side as well as 10 marriage photographs with couple and family (will be returned) are to be submitted along with the visa application.

    Covering letter from the company who is sponsoring the trip stating reason of incentive tour and guarantee for their entire trip cost  and undertaking for applicant return back to India after their visit , list of the applicants  and (letter should be singed by Managing director / regional director ) company financial papers ,other documents same as Tourist.

  • Business Visa Details:-

    • Passport valid at least six months
    • 1 visa Form
    • 2 photographs with white background 35x45mm
    • Covering letter for stating purpose of visit from company
    • Company profile, memorandum etc. 
    • Business invitation from Invitee company and on copy fax directly in embassy also
    • Return confirm Ticket
    • Medical Insurance
    • Hotel confirmation
    • Bank statements last six months personal and company both
    • Income Tax returns last three years personal and company both
